How do I place an order on KiligBox?

Ordering is simple! Browse our collection, click "Add to Cart" on your favorite flowers, then proceed to checkout. Fill in delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your tracking number.

Can I customize my flower arrangement?

Yes! While we offer pre-designed arrangements, you can add special requests in the "Order Notes" section during checkout. For fully custom arrangements, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via our Contact page.

Can I include a personalized message card?

Absolutely! During checkout, you'll find a "Gift Message" field where you can write a personal note (up to 200 characters). We'll include a beautiful card with your message at no extra charge.

What if I make a mistake in my order?

Contact us immediately via phone or email with your order number. If the order hasn't been processed yet, we can make changes. Once prepared, modifications may not be possible, but we'll do our best to help!

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery within our service areas. Orders after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to major cities and municipalities within our province. Enter your delivery address during checkout to verify if we service your area. We're constantly expanding our coverage!

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date and time?

Yes! You can select a future delivery date during checkout. We deliver Monday to Sunday between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. For specific time slots (morning/afternoon/evening), please add this to your order notes, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How can I track my order?

After your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your Order ID. Use this on our Track Order page to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

What if the recipient isn't home during delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact the recipient. If unavailable, they may leave it with a neighbor (if you authorize this) or with building security. We'll notify you and the recipient of the delivery status.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Fees typically range from ₱50-250 depending on distance. We often run promotions for free delivery on orders above a certain amount!

When will I be charged?

For online payments (GCash), once your done paying thats the time we will confirm your order.

Do you offer vase arrangements or hand-tied bouquets?

We offer both! Browse our categories - vase arrangements come ready to display, while hand-tied bouquets are wrapped beautifully for easy handling. Each product page specifies the style.

Can I add gifts like chocolates or teddy bears?

Yes! Many of our sellers offer add-ons like chocolates, balloons, and plush toys. Check the product page for available add-ons, or contact us for custom gift combinations.

How do I care for my flowers to make them last longer?

Flower Care Tips:

What is your refund and return policy?

Since flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer full replacements or refunds if:

  • Flowers arrive wilted or damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Delivery was significantly delayed without notice

Important: Report issues within 4 hours of delivery with photos for fastest resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but timing matters. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if:

  • ✅ Cancelled within 1 hour of placing order: 100% refund
  • ⚠️ Cancelled after 1 hour but before preparation: 50% refund
  • ❌ After preparation has started: No refund

What if my flowers arrive damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please take clear photos of the damaged flowers and packaging, then contact us within 4 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
